The Sheboygan Men's Bowling Association inducted two individuals this season. Steve Hoppert of Sheboygan, and Kevin Gmach of Sheboygan.
Kevin Gmach has been a member of the Sheboygan bowling association for 30+ years, still actively involved within the association. Not only does he still bowl numerous nights a week, he serves as a junior bowling coach, a proshop consultant, and also is an Amateur Staff player for the Hammer Bowling company. Some of Kevin's Accomplishments include the following;

Steve Hoppert has been a member of the Sheboygan bowling association for 30+ years, still actively involved within the association Steve's Highlights include 17 ? 300 games and 6 ? 800 Series. 4 ? 299 games. He was a member of 6 City Tournament Team Championships. He won the 2012 Senior County Match Championship. He won the Dennis Ploeckelman 700 tournament in 1988. He has won the Bernie Weber Memorial 3 times. Steve also was the average leader in the association in the 2001-2002 season with a 233 average. He was a member of the team that held the association high team series of 3694 which stood as the record until 2012. He also took 2nd place in the City Tournament All Events in 1998. He won the Wisconsin Scratch Bowlers High Roller event in 1995.He has completed in 10 ABC/USBC National Tournaments and 3 Peterson Classic Tournaments. He was also named to the 1st team all Stars in 2002 and the 2nd team in 2001 & 2014, also the Senior All-Stars Team 50-59 division in 2013.
The Sheboygan Women's Bowling Association is inducting two women for the class of 2015, Shirley Felsinger and Karen Borkenhagen.
Shirley Felsinger is being inducted into the Sheboygan USBC Women?s Bowling Association Hall of Fame posthumously for her Meritorious Service to the sport of bowling. Shirley bowled in many leagues on different nights of the week and was secretary of some of those leagues during her years of living in Sheboygan. She also served on the Board of Directors of the North Bowl Hall of Fame as secretary/treasurer. She had bowled a 300 game in 2003 with a 751 series and her other high game was 278.
Karen Borkenhagen is being inducted into the Sheboygan USBC Women?s Bowling Association Hall of Fame for her Superior Performance in the sport of bowling. Since she started in the year 2000, she has accumulated a host of great scores. In 2003, she bowled a 300 game with a 751 series. In County Match in 2001, she was first in Div. 2. She started bowling in two leagues and then went up to three and four leagues. In 2008-2009, she was in First Place on the All Star Second Team. In 2011-2012, she was 5th on the All Star Second Team. Twice she has had 11 strikes in a row with series of 763 and 757. Some of her high averages have been 211 and 209, both at Globe Lanes. She has twice placed in the top 20 for the Association High Average with 200 and 194.
